About Revenger

Revenger helps individual UK drivers respond to private parking charges — the kind a private company issues on private land, not a council Penalty Charge Notice or a police fine. You upload the charge; the software reads it, builds the strongest legitimate grounds to challenge it, drafts every letter in your name, and tracks the whole fight on real deadlines — the formal appeal, the independent appeal (POPLA or the IAS), subject access requests, complaints to the right regulators and trade bodies, and, if it ever gets that far, a county-court defence.

The guiding idea is simple: exercise every legitimate right, each on a clock, until a charge costs the operator more to chase than it was ever worth. That running total is our headline metric — the Cost-to-Operator.

Revenger is nota law firm, a firm of solicitors, a claims-management company or a regulated legal-services provider, and nothing it produces is legal advice. We don’t act for you or represent you — you are the appellant, the data subject and the sender of every letter. Everything we flag is a candidate point worth raising, not a legally established defence, and no honest service can promise an outcome — so we don’t. For anything high-stakes — a court claim, a CCJ, real money on the line — speak to a qualified solicitor or Citizens Advice.

Every draft sits on deterministic rails. Our AI decides which legitimate grounds genuinely apply to your ticket before any letter is written, and checks the finished letter against hard rules afterwards — no invented facts, no empty brackets, no claim that doesn’t hold up. It helps read your notice and phrase your letters, but it never decides what’s legally allowed, and there is always a human in the loop: you confirm the facts before anything is saved, and you review and send every document yourself.

As more drivers fight, the AI learns which grounds land against which operator, and pools de-identified, site-general findings(a contract that names the wrong operator, signage that hides the price) so the next driver at the same car park is better armed — never anyone’s identity, and opt-out per challenge.

We work from primary, checkable sources: the published rules and FAQs of POPLA, the British Parking Association and the International Parking Community; official appeal statistics; operators’ own Companies House accounts; DVLA keeper-data (KADOE) figures; and evidence submitted to Parliament. Where a number is an estimate — most obviously the Karma Counter — we label it as an estimate and show how it’s worked out (see how we estimate the cost to the operator). Operator-level information we surface is compiled from public records; it is general information about companies, not a finding of wrongdoing.

We try to be precise and honest about uncertainty: candidate points are labelled as such, estimates are labelled as estimates, and we’d rather under-claim than mislead. Your challenge, evidence and details are locked to your account. When knowledge is pooled to help other drivers it is stripped of anything that could identify you before it ever leaves your case, and you can delete everything at any time.
