Appeal a UKPC parking charge

Upload or photograph your notice and we can help identify potential points to consider. You can also appeal directly to the operator using the details below.

How to appeal directly

If you want to appeal to UKPC yourself, here is where it goes. You don't need us for this — but if you'd like us to check which grounds apply to your notice first, photograph it below.

Appeal online:
the UKPC appeals page
If they reject it:
an independent appeal to POPLA.
Your appeal deadline

Check the deadline on your notice and submit any appeal by that date. The Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice generally requires operators to provide an appeal process allowing 28 days, but the dates on your notice and the operator's appeal process matter for your case.

Check your own notice for the exact dates — they govern.

How big this operator is

The DVLA records 601,265 keeper-data (KADOE) enquiries by or for UKPC in the 2025-26 financial year, up 3.7% on 2024-25. Each enquiry asks who kept a vehicle on a given date, and the same vehicle can be looked up more than once. An enquiry is not a charge.

What happens to appeals against them

In the year to September 2025, POPLA decided 2,712 appeals against UKPC in England & Wales and allowed 205 (8%). A further 2,338 appeals ended before a decision because either side withdrew (the appeals service counts these as “not contested”).

The appeals service lists some operators under more than one name. This figure adds every England & Wales entry listed for UKPC.
